Our services include Swedish Massage, which is renowned for promoting relaxation and improving circulation, and deep tissue massage, Here at Serenity we have an understanding of assessing and treating physical conditions. specifically beneficial for targeting chronic muscle pain, all types of headache tension, and post-surgery rehab. We offer hot stone massage, which harnesses the therapeutic properties of heated stones to provide deep muscle relaxation and alleviate stress, and sports therapy massage, designed to support athletes and active individuals in enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and aiding in post-workout recovery.

The first visit will consist of a one-on-one assessment during which the physiotherapist will get a subjective history of your injury, followed by a thorough orthopedic examination. This examination is essential in determining the root cause of your injury so that we are treating the source of your pain, and not just the symptoms of it. After discussing their findings with you, the physiotherapist will create a personalized treatment plan specific to your injury to help you get out of pain and back to doing what you love.

Follow-up appointments are booked consisting of either 30, 45, or 60 minutes of one-on-one time with the physiotherapist. Your treatment plan may also include an exercise component, which will be in addition to the appointment duration. We never double book your appointments and we strive to stay on schedule. We respect your time, and we ask you to extend us the same courtesy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. For Registered Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy, we respectfully ask for appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone. For same-day cancellations or missed appointments, a standard missed appointment fee equal to the full fee of the scheduled appointment will be charged. Please note, that this fee cannot be charged to your extended health care insurance plan.

Physiotherapy, as a primary care health profession, does not require a physician referral for consultation with a physiotherapist. However, certain extended health insurance plans mandate a doctor's referral to provide coverage for physiotherapy services.

 For Physiotherapy, we recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing - tank tops or t-shirts for the upper body, and shorts or athletic pants for the lower body. Running shoes are recommended for any exercise-based rehabilitation. Be prepared to move during your appointment with us! For Registered Massage Therapy, we ask that you dress to your comfort level. You will be covered by a clean sheet and blanket during treatment.

There is a free parking lot on site! Please go around to the back of the building with double glass doors.
