Here at Serenity we evaluate performance weakness and strength of each athlete. You’re Range of motion/ flexibility and muscle strength are determined by our physiotherapist. Imbalances, and or weakness of the athletes body could contribute to injury whether acute or chronic .By determining specific issues of each individual athlete we will devise a plan to regain strength and focus on the athlete’s posture and core strength preventing instability from occurring. Weather treating acute or chronic conditions or preventing issues our goal is to keep the athlete feeling healthy and strong contributing to better performance. Woman’s Health Physiotherapy
Woman’s Health Physiotherapy will address woman’s issues related to the woman’s reproductive system child birth and post-partum. Treating issues of pelvic Pain incontinence and pelvic Floor Dysfunction are just a few problems that can be addressed through assessing the woman’s Healthy posture. A woman’s muscle weaknesses are identified and a complete rehabilitation program is set out to strengthen and stabilize the pelvis and pelvic floor.
